Supported Community Living (SCL)
Supported Community Living (SCL) services are designed to assist individuals in living independently within their communities. Our SCL services focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals by providing the necessary support and resources to help them lead self-directed lives.
Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC)
Consumer Directed Attendant Care (CDAC) services are designed to assist individuals in performing tasks they would typically handle themselves if they were able. At certain points in life, individuals may require assistance to remain in their own homes due to factors such as accidents, prolonged illnesses, disabilities, or age-related challenges. CDAC services empower individuals by allowing them to hire, train, and manage their own care attendants. This person-centered approach ensures that individuals receive the support they need in a way that aligns with their preferences and lifestyle.
